Focus

This work (1975) exudes concentration and observation. A female figure looks down at a central eye, which functions as a third eye—a symbol of insight and awareness. Tight geometric lines guide the gaze to this point, where all energy and perception converge. The eye itself has a hypnotic depth, like a portal of observation that looks both outward and inward. It represents the core of focus and clarity, a point where reality is observed and understood. This work challenges the viewer to consider: What are we really seeing? And who or what is looking back?
